Stock Plan Ordering
This stock plan program is to provide you with construction drawings for house plans that have beenpreviously drawn. The price is based on the plan being purchased as it has beendrawn. Changes and customization isavailableuponrequest at an additional cost.
Please Allow 2 to 4 weeks for orders to be completed. Plans will be sent to you in two formats, you will receive both a PDF copy and a hard copy of the plan set. Confirmation of full payment form PayPal required prior to sending plans out. Clients building in Ontario will also receive a "Schedule One - Designer Information From" required for your building permit application.
Plans Purchased from this program are for single use only and intended to be built at the building site address the client provides. Further use of the plans is prohibited without written consent from the designer.
